Frequently Asked Question
What is AttenGo?
AttenGo is a comprehensive online cognitive training program that assesses and addresses cognitive impairments. The program is comprised of two modules AttenFocus for improving key aspects of attention, focus and concentration, and AttenMemory for improving memory as well as content processing.
What is AttenMemory?
AttenMemory is a clinically tested training program that helps improve all aspects of memory, including visual and auditory processing, and to significantly enhance short-term, working and long-term memory.
How does it work?
The program works on specific skills as well as general skills to enhance the ability to remember tasks including lists, words, numbers, names, concepts, shapes, and so on. The program starts with very easy levels and gradually challenges your brain to flex the “memory muscles.” It is just like going to the gym and training the different muscles of the body.
How can it help?
By improving all aspects of memory, the brain will gradually learn to recover its original capability of remembering and further enhance memory to the highest possible performance level.
Which conditions is it ideal for?
AttenMemory will work for individuals who have compromised memory as a result of an injury, such as head brain injury, stroke as well decline of memory due to aging. AttenMemory has also proven to be very effective for children with different learning disabilities. It is also very effective for students who would like to improve their memory capacity in order to excel in their studies.
I have a concentration problem. Do I need AttenMemory?
Concentration problems will be directly addressed by attention training (AttenFocus) and AttenMemory will further improve different aspects of memory. However, because AttenMemory also improves working memory together with AttenFocus it will further enhance all general cognitive skills.
Is it easy to use?
Yes, AttenMemory is very easy to use. It uses a flash card system that includes relevant topics and specific cognitive contexts. Gradually, based on your progress, this intuitive program will challenge your brain and further improve memory capacity.
Is AttenMemory useful for learning disabilities?
Yes, as indicated earlier, AttenMemory will prove effective for all learning related disabilities as it will enhance all general cognitive skills related to memory and learning.
What does the practice entail?
As indicated earlier, the program uses flash cards to enhance visual and auditory memory capacity. Content related sections include names, numbers, words, objects, shapes, colors and more. The program also trains to improve sequencing, spatial memory, and long-term memory.
Can memory be improved at all ages?
The answer to that is a resounding YES. Memory can always be improved. This has been shown in different studies. In fact, studies show that people who worked on improving memory capacity were significantly less likely to contract dementia or Alzheimer later on in life.
What makes AttenMemory so effective?
AttenMemory works with the natural structure of the human memory. Instead of mastering all kinds of memory techniques and learning tricks promoted by most books or programs, we use the completely natural neuro-cognitive learning practices, i.e. the brain learns what to do while you train on the program. AttenMemory treats memory problems at their core. Within a short period of time you will notice the difference.
How long does it take to complete the program?
It usually takes 3 to 6 months to complete the basic program and up to 12 months to complete both the basic and advanced levels. However, changes will be noticed even before completion, typically with a few weeks.
Can I keep practicing even when the program is completed?
Yes, absolutely. Your brain’s ability to remember, process information and perform different cognitive tasks can always be improved. There is no ceiling to how much better it can get. It is up to you how much time and effort you want to use to improve this important health related area of your life.
How frequently do I need to train?
We recommend 3 to 5 times a week between 20 to 30 minutes per session. Younger children can start doing 10 minutes and then build it up, while older children and adults can practice up to twice a day. However, there should be a break of at least one hour between practice sessions.
NOTE: Depending on your specific difficulties, the program will create an ideal ratio for practicing with AttenFocus and AttenMemory.
Can I use the program off line?
No, the program cannot be used off line. An Internet connection is required to do the training.
Are results guaranteed?
Our experience in treating thousands of children and adults has shown that with consistent training, most individuals experience noticeable results. We provide full professional support, if you or your child encounter any difficulty, we will help you resolve it.
Is there a money back guarantee?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee! If you complete the program and the assessments show no improvement, you will receive a full refund.
