What applications do I need to be able to use the AttenGo program?

PC Pentium 4 and up, Memory RAM 512 VGA card with graphic accelerator, 256 MB and up Operating system Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, windows 7 Explorer 6.0 and up, Firefox MAC Macintosh OS 8.6 or above 333 MHz or faster processor (500 MHz G3 recommended 512 MB RAM 3D Video Card w/ 8MB RAM (for 3D Content) Browsers: Internet Explorer 6.0 and up
How can I optimize my windows computer for it to work best for the AttenGo program? Display resolution of 1024x768 and 16 bit are recommended. However, 800x600 will also work.
In order to change your display settings, you can right-click on the desktop, choosing properties from the pop-up menu. Click the settings tab in the display properties dialog box. If the setting indicated under screen area is less than 800x600 move the sliders toward "More" until the resolution meets our minimum requirements. Color should be set to High Color (16 bit). To implement these settings, click OK.
Any other recommendations? Yes. It's highly recommended that you close all windows applications at the background, and even restart your computer before starting the actual training. If you are still having difficulties please fill our support form
